the staff were helpful and polite.
the room was too hot, despite the open windows it was uncomfortable. the street noise was awful, and i had trouble sleeping because of it. i think earplugs and a fan are essential for a stay.

The room wasn't clean. I found stains ON carpets and walls. Some furnishings were worn.
